Microplastics India took a major jump as a Toys manufacturers in India by setting up modern Toys manufacturing facility in Bangalore. The total manufacturing area is spread across 300000 Sqft. The toy manufacturing division is equipped with 70 state of the art Injection molding machines. The machines are in the range of 30T to 350T. Additional machines planned to cater to ever-increasing demand.

The division has manual and Automatic spray booths, Tampo Printing, Blister Sealing. The plant also has Ultrasonic Welding, and Assembly facilities to cater to Toy requirements. The division is expanding into Electronic Toys shortly with Inhouse PCBA and Testing facilities. The Company follows the highest quality and safety standards for Toys and Hobby Model Kits. All the materials comply with EN71 standards and are checked both internally and using external certified labs like SGS, TUV & Intertek. The Inhouse quality lab conducts rigorous checks from Incoming to shipment ensuring quality at every stage. The division is audited and approved by Major International retailers like Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon. Direct shipments are made to these stores in every part of the world.

MPPL as toys manufacturer exports around 15 Million Toys and Model Kits annually to Top International Toy Manufacturers like Hasbro, Hornby Hobbies, Spin Master, Casdon to name a few.
