The manufacturing machineries include 5axis CNC machines and can manufacture molds up to 1 meter in size to meet requirements of both engineering and toys with capacity to build 500 molds per annum. Tool room has rich experience in building complex hot runner, hot tip and hydraulic core molds. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the tool and die manufacturing process. This ensures that tools and dies meet strict dimensional and quality standards, resulting in optimal performance on the production floor.
